Rob is a passionate planner and strategist with a constant view towards driving technical innovation and change within the industries that he serves. From the early days as a strategic planning consultancy, Rob has been committed to helping companies around the world reach new heights of achievement for their employees, channel partners, and customers.
Ever the intrepid entrepreneur, Rob had the foresight to zig when the rest of the world was zagging. Operating with a disruptive mindset, he introduced Power2Motivate as the first true “software as a service” offering. His innovation changed the incentives and rewards industry forever and laid the groundwork for cloud-based recognition solutions, long before the global shift to the cloud began.
In the last five years, Rob and a procurement specialist have traversed the globe three times while successfully negotiating hundreds of in-country and global supply chain partnerships. These partnerships collectively serve as the reward nucleus for the world’s first cloud-based, global rewards network.
In spite of a crazy travel schedule, Rob maintains a healthy work/life balance … and this is something he instills company-wide as well. Even though he heads up a rapidly growing global enterprise, Rob still ensures that he spends quality time with family and friends away from the office – whether that’s in the tranquility of cottage country or skiing the snowy peaks around the globe.
